 1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, or strong odors

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Customized, tailored, or altered garments

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Accessories (if applicable)

 2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues

  • Colour changes

  • Design changes (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable

 4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Has a manufacturing defect

These rights apply regardless of this return policy.

 5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Shop3r covers return shipping

We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
